Will the Circus conquer the Jazz? Will the Jazz enter the Circus? Two clowns who play jazz marvelously and three jazzmen immersed in comedy compose both for a rich spectacle. (with: Tiboum, Philippe Euvrad, Eric Longswoth, Alain Reynaud, Nicolas Bernard) Voici donc sur scène l'imagerie du clown… sur la musicalité du jazz. Chacun a franchi la frontière : le clown est devenu jazzman et le jazzman un peu clown. Le clown s'approprie le jazz et le jazz prend sa liberté dans le jeu du clown le temps d'un spectacle, chacun s'amusant sur et avec les partitions de l'autre. Chacun joue dans la cour, dans le répertoire de l'autre, et la poésie particulière de ces deux univers, comme par magie, n'en fait plus qu'une. Ils funambulent sur les notes, ils jonglent avec des accords tantôt improvisés et tantôt écrits, ils jouent avec des instruments devenus tout à coup accessoires. Et voici nos cinq saltimbanques sur cette ligne entre rire et émotion en partance pour cette nouvelle aventure, unis par une musique sans frontière. Un croisement des répertoires, des genres pour une aventure artistique singulière et atypique ! |
